Passengers that have an open ticket, can reserve it over the phone by calling any of our Terminals or Agencies.
The ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The company is not reponsiblity for lost, stolen or disappeared tickets, nor will the company accept partially or completely damaged tickets.
If the passenger does not use the ticket to travel the ticket is not refundable, but the ticket is valid for travel up to one year from the date of purchase.
Each passenger is allowed to take two pieces of luggage with a maximum combined weight of 30 kilos (66 lbs) per passenger.
It depends on the nationality of the passenger and the country you are going to visit. Since, the requirements for each country are different and are constantly changing, the best option is to get in touch with the corresponding consulate or embassy. They will be more than glad to inform the traveler what steps to follow.
Starting at three years of age any child will need a ticket. Before reaching the age of three, the parent or guardian can carry the child on his/her lap. If a seat is desired, then a ticket must be purchased.
Immigration expenses vary from border to border and depending on the nationality of the passenger. Usually an average of $5 - $7 USD per border is needed.
As of 2019 as a result of the pandemic declaration, the "business class service" is not provided, currently the executive ticket is the service known as DIRECT, the only difference between the tourist class service and the direct service is that in the first one there are stops to board, in the direct service only stops at the border.
