Terms & Conditions


  1. 1.The ticket is personal, nontransferable and nonrefundable, except for the exceptions set out in this agreement. It cannot be alienated without the consent of the Company.

  2. 2.The validity of this ticket is limited to one year from the date of issue. However the company is not liable for loss, misplacement or disappearance thereof. The Company will not accept tickets that are damaged in whole or part.

  3. 3.Without exception, the passenger or passengers who reserve tickets for specific time and date, and do not make use of it will LOOSE THEIR TICKET.

  4. 4.The Company will set the time of departure, the passenger must show up at least forty-five minutes prior to departure for the control of documentation and luggage. However, FIFTEEN minutes before departure if the passenger has not checked in, the Company may make use of the reserved seat, therefore applying the third clause above. If the passenger shows up late and space is available, the passenger can pay the penalty fee of ten Americans Dollars to reactivate the ticket. This exception applies only to passengers boarding at the Company terminals in Tapachula, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. In the case of passengers who board on-road or at the Panama terminal and do not show for travel, the third clause applies literally.

  5. 5.If for justified cause, force majeure or Company intervention it is necessary to suspend the trip before its commencement, the Company undertakes no more than the ticket refund for the amount thereof. If service is suspended after it starts, the Company reserves the right to change the vehicle, replace it either by other Company vehicle, third party and/or transfer passengers to continue the journey without cause or reason for claim by the passengers.

  6. 6.The company is not responsible for loss of luggage carried free of charge, which is under the sole responsibility of the customer care and monitoring, even if luggage is tagged, as a result passengers will wait near vehicle during placement and unload of same to avoid confusion.

  7. 7.Passenger shall comply with all governmental requirements at each border crossing concerning the entry and exit of each country. The Company is not responsible for incomplete documentation that could prevent the passenger�s crossing, and if forced to abandon the vehicle, the passenger will forfeit the rest of the passage and is not entitled to claim.

  8. 8.The Company may refuse to provide services to any person or persons that cannot move on their own and travel without company; unless they are accompanied by another person or persons to cooperate and assist in the transfer. The Company may also refuse to carry all kinds of pets, as well as luggage it deems dangerous to the safety of passengers or vehicle and/or individuals whose behavior represent or may present risks to safety and/or passenger and Company confidence.

  9. 9.The Company reserves the right to refuse transport to passengers under the influence of alcohol both in a pre-drunk or intoxicated state, also to those that evidence affection by some kind of legal or illegal drug. Aboard any company property providing service or not, consumption of alcoholic beverages, cigarettes and/or intoxicants of any kind is strictly forbidden. Breach of this provision will result in the passenger been escorted away from company property immediately, without payment any sum as compensation or any type of expenditure, the Company will be automatically exonerated from any liability.

  10. 10.Each passenger is allowed two bags with a maximum weight of 15 kilos each. Excess baggage is subject to space availability, and is set at $50.00USD per bag with a maximum weight of 15 kilos per piece. The company is liable for the amount of ten American dollars if damaged or lost in whole or in part, provided the customer makes complaint with the identifying luggage tag, except as specified in clause 6. The value declaration for luggage will only be accepted upon presenting the bill for items to be transported, the company will charge 20% of the declared value of luggage for transportation to the final destination of the trip. Once value has been declared the company assumes responsibility for the declared value of the baggage only.

  11. 11.The Company reserves the right, in accordance with the established norms, to raise rates without prior notice to customers, customers will be responsible for the increased portion.

  12. 12.No passenger, agent, employee or dependent representative of the Company has authority to alter, modify, in whole or in part, or make omission of any of the terms of this contract.

  13. 13.The Company is responsible for assigning the passenger on the ticket or travel ticket a seat number that corresponds him on the bus, and under no circumstances shall assume responsibility when a passenger interchanges with another seat, or when occupying a seat that is vacant but is not assigned, the above for all purposes and events that may occur.
